First, this is the first official post from The Brainjo Connection’s new home on Substack. If you were already subscribed to this newsletter, nothing has changed except the e-mail address from which you’ll get each post.
The last two Brainjo Connection newsletters have largely focused on the topic of memory, including reasons why episodes of forgetfulness can be the sign of a perfectly normal brain, along with strategies for improving our memory for the events in our lives.
But, of course, there are instances where these episodes represent the sign of a more significant issue. Not surprisingly, it’s a question we’ve received from multiple listeners, and one we tackled on this week’s episode of The Better Brain Fitness podcast. So in case you missed it, here it is:
Click to listen (or read) the episode: “When is Forgetfulness a Cause for Concern?”
And remember, if you have a question you’d like for us to tackle, submit it to us. You can do so by text or voice.
I’ll return to your inbox next week with a new issue. See you then!
Josh
