I have been learning how to use the flow rope, which is not easy, and is totally great for hand/eye/brain coordination. There is an almost limitless number of specific moves, and even larger possibilities when putting the various moves together, into a "flow"......its the kind of thing you could never stop getting better at.
Could you remind us the name of the book that was featured in your last episode. I am anxious to get that. Thank you.
Was it "why your brain needs friends" by Ben Rein?
Or "regenerative performance" by James Hewitt?
These are both books by authors we had on recently.
