What does that mean?
First, it means that this newsletter and the Better Brain Fitness podcast will now form two parts of a greater, mutually-reinforcing, synergistic whole.
Part of that synergizing includes the addition of Better-Brain-Fitness-podcast co-host Dr. Tommy Wood to this newsletter.
Going forward, you’ll find posts here written by the both of us. Some of these will be deep dives into and reviews of important topics and questions related to boosting brain health and function, paralleling those covered in our podcast episodes.
Our goal is to provide you with the actionable guidance that’s based on the latest science (and to adjust that guidance appropriately as the science evolves).
